In
addition to our “All Tournament Team” we will also be
recognizing twelve competitors who have excelled, at not only wrestling, but also in
academics, community and family involvement, and civic achievements. This “Wellstone Team” will
be recognized during the tournament based on nominations by coaches, parents,
wrestlers, and the media.
Paul
Wellstone, a senator from Minnesota, and a 2000 inductee into the National
Wrestling Hall of Fame, died tragically in an airplane accident just
prior to the inaugural Clash wrestling tournament. He was a successful high school and collegiate wrestler who used
his dedication and determination to excel in public service.
Feel
free to use this form or any convenient format to answer the following
